4X068 — Seal of Liquid Crystal Holes

The CHEMISEAL 4X068 is a UV-rays curing resin which is mainly consistaning of epoxy acrylic resin and used for seal of liquid crystal holes. The 4X068 is an adhesive which is cured rapidly under irradiation of UV–rays of 300-400 nm.

FEATURE 

  1. Rapid curing speed (curable with 15sec.)under irradiation of UV-rays enables the automation of assembly line. 
  2. It form a strong and flexible membrane after cured 
  3. A one-part liquid, no necessary of mixing, enables man-power saving. 
  4. It has an excellent resistance to moisture, weather, heat, etc. 
  5. It has strong adhesion to glass.

MAIN APPLICATION

 As a sealing agent –seal of liquid crystal holes (End seal)

CURING METHOD

  1. Illuminance of UV-rays : 150mw/cm2
  2. Time of irradiation : 20sec.
  3. Quantity of irradiation : 2000mw/cm2

PACKAGE

1 kg plastic bottle.

CAUTION IN HANDLING

  1. The curing speed depends on the illuminator and irradiation distance.
  2. In principle, it will not be cured when it is shielded from UV-rays or is in shade without light, but it will be cured about 2mm by shape.
  3. Some persons with particular physical constitutions may develop inflammation when their skin is kept in direct touch with the resin for a long time, If the resin adheres to the skin, wipe it off with waste wash the skin with soapy water.
  4. If the resin enters eyes, please wash it and take a medical examination as soon as possible.
  5. Please ventilate working-room at intervals while dealing with it.
  6. Keep away from fire.
  7. Put in a container avoiding direct sunlight and keep it in a cold and dark place. The period of custody is about 1 year at 25°C in this condition.
